Since, 2000, RestorAid has been providing expert restoration and remodeling services to select cities throughout Ohio. Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee. Building on their experience of another family business since 1950, the Desserich family founded RestorAid to address the unique needs of the disaster restoration field.
With the establishment of one of the area’s only dedicated in-house carpentry crews and dealerships in cabinetry and other building materials, it wasn’t long before previous customers starting calling on RestorAid for their planned remodeling projects. Today, remodeling accounts for nearly half of RestorAid’s inquiries and the combined resources of RestorAid offers service to over 600 customers per year.
Furthering RestorAid’s reputation as a leader in restoration and remodeling, they’ve won many awards from a Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics in 2005, an semi-finalist in the International Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award in 2006, Family Business of the Year in 2006 and Family Business of the Decade Finalist in 2009, over 6 consecutive “Top 500” nationwide Remodeler awards and the prestigious recognition as a “Big 50” nationwide remodeler on the cover of Remodeling Magazine in 2010.
